Facilities

Our property is situated six miles from the nearest small town.  Privacy and seclusion reign supreme at our place!  Our facilities consist of three buildings, all connected by spacious porches.  We have a cabin, conference center and dormitory building.  There is also a trail that leads to the back of the property.  Surrounded by woods and nature, don't be suprised to find some new sound or sight!  Below you will find the specific buildings with their features and accommodations.  Check the Photo Gallery to see images of our facilities.

Conference Center -

  • Kitchen includes side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pots, crock pot, electric skillet. 
  • Large single sink with separate hand-washing sink.
  • 36" TV with DVD and Video Cassette Player.  AV hookups available.
  • Large, wood-burning fireplace with all utensils and matches.  Let us know if we need to help you with your firewood.
  • Washer and dryer available.  Please bring/replace laundry supplies.
  • Paper products of various amounts and items will be in cabinets.  Please bring/replace paper goods.
  • Six 6' folding tables and approximately 50 chairs.

Dormitories -

  • Two separate dormitories.
  • In each dorm there are bunk beds with protective plastic covering disinfected after each guest.  NOTE:  Children under six years old are not allowed to sleep on the top bunk due to the State of Tennessee camp regulations.
  • Each dorm also houses its own bathroom, including two sinks, two showers and two toilets.
  • Guests should provide all linens, paper products and toiletries for the dormitories.

Cabin -

  • Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, cookware and serving dishes. 
  • Appliances include refrigerator with freezer, stove top, oven, microwave, coffee pot and toaster.
  • TV, VCR, DVD - Satellite service through Dish Network.
  • Boom box available including radio, CD & cassette
  • Sleeping arrangements include:  full-size bed in bedroom, two twin beds in loft (no sleepwalkers or small children allowed - loft accessed by ladder).  All linens provided for cabin only!
  • Wood-burning stove.  Please let us know if you would like to have firewood provided.
  • Exterior porch and treehouse.
  • Cell phone signal is not reliable.  There is a phone provided for local calls only.  Calling cards will work for long distance.
