Our CABIN was build in 2001. Fully equipped and functional, it is the perfect place for a minister/minister family retreat. It also serves as a separate lodging for guests you may want to set apart from the rest of the group, such as guest speaker, cooks, etc.

The CONFERENCE CENTER, built in 2006, is a great place for groups to gather for meals, devotions, worship, Bible study, games, etc. The fully-stocked kitchen is clean and well-functioning. The fireplace makes the room cozy during cooler weather.

DORMITORIES, also built in 2006, are well laid out and clean. Two rooms in one building offer space for male/female separation. Or, for a same gender retreat, the rooms are identical and can be used how you see fit. The shared space promotes group bonding.

The PORCHES, DECKS & GAZEBOS are as essential to the function of time at LRCC as are the buildings! Clean and well-maintained, the outdoor space offers areas for as many activities as your mind can imagine!

The CHALLENGE COURSE, installed in late 2009, encourages groups to work together, support each other and stay invested, to accomplish their goals. It requires no special training or special equipment, but is definitely a “challenge” course!

Facilities/amenities

The LAKE, cleared in late 2009, and dug in October 2010, is ready and waiting for the winter and spring waters to fill it up. We are unsure what lake activities will be made available as of yet. Liability insurance costs will dictate that. As of now, we will watch it fill up and enjoy the new view.

GAMES AND ACTIVITIES are available for your enjoyment! Ladderball, basketball, and a campfire site are all readily available. We are constantly trying to expand this list! A volleyball pit is laid out and cleared. We have equipment, too! We are looking to soon have it dug out and filled with sand so it can be used!
